Carson Announces Price Increase!

In a note from Oldcastle:

Our industry continues to be impacted by rising commodity prices, and escalating gas and oil prices have severely impacted transportation costs. Through diligent efforts to improve manufacturing efficiencies, we have absorbed many of these cost increases rather than passing them along to our customers. However, the continuing upward rise in costs has become more than we can offset, therefore we find it necessary to implement a modest pricing action on most Christy, Carson, Synertech and Oldcastle products.

The purpose of this letter is to announce a general price increase on all products for orders placed after May 18, 2012. We will honor current pricing on all orders placed for immediate release on or before May 18th, 2012.

Centennial Announces Price Increase!

Due to rising raw material and freight costs, Centennial Plastics, Inc. is increasing Polyethylene Pipe prices effective Monday, March 26, 2012.

They will allow reasonable orders, for immediate shipment, at their existing prices through Friday, March 23, 2012.

Harco Announces Price Increase!

Harco Fittings announced a list price increase on all Ductile Iron products. The list price change will be on all orders received after 5 pm EST February 3, 2012.

Andrew Inman has returned from the far reaches of the Northwest to be part of the sales team.

Andrew brings an extensive background, 14 years of sales, marketing and specification experience in manufacturing, distribution, and manufacturer’s representation in the irrigation and water industries.

Help us welcome our newest change in our Utah Office – Kevin Evans joins the Inman Interwest Team as our new Territory Manager in Utah and Idaho.

Kevin has worked in the water industry since 2002. Starting as owner of a landscape construction company, Kevin has also worked in wholesale distribution in all areas of water distribution. Kevin’s primary responsibility is territory management of the Utah/Idaho market, including wholesale distribution sales, specification sales, field support, and sales training.
